BBQ Pork Chops

You can make this easy bbq pork chops recipe in the blink of an eye. Well, maybe not that fast, but quickly, nonetheless.

As the grill preheats, you build the pork chop dry rub and season the chops. With the grill ready, all that's needed is a few more minutes...and it's time to eat!

Mr. Personality Pork Chop Dry Rub

This recipe makes enough for four big and thick pork chops.

INGREDIENTS

Add the dry ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir 'em up. Brush olive oil onto the chops, all sides.

Coat the oiled chops with the dry rub, pressing it into the meat.

Grill the pork chops over direct medium high heat, 3 to 5 minutes per side, to your preferred level of doneness. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
