BBQ Tilapia

If you like barbecue, and you like grilled fish, this bbq tilapia recipe is all you need. A fish. A grill. A handful homemade seafood dry rub. What more could you want?

The heart of this recipe is the seafood dry rub, which is good for more than just tilapia. This great rub recipe is good for any type of fish, shrimp and crab legs. It's an all purpose seafood rub. You'll sea what I mean...

INGREDIENTS

Just mix everything together and store in a tight-sealing container 'til needed.

OK. Now that you need it, open up the container and season both sides of a half-dozen tilapia filets. Preheat your grill to medium. Apply oil to the cooking grate to prevent sticking and put on the filets.

Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the flesh just begins to flake. Remove and serve immediately. If you have some on hand, a bit of chopped fresh parsley sprinkled on top of the bbq tilapia to garnish really livens things up. And a wedge of lemon on the plate takes this dish over the top!
