Grilled Salmon Fillet

I'm not sure what I like more about this grilled salmon fillet recipe, the heat of the spices that season it, or the fact that it's an easy salmon recipe to fix. It's probably a combination of both.

The combination of ingredients sounds a little odd, but when it all goes together on the grill, it comes out tasting great.

Grilled Grainy Mustard Salmon

Use a good German grainy brown mustard, and don't be shy about using it.

INGREDIENTS

Combine the mustard, dill, pepper and salt. Spread the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillet.

Grill over medium heat for 2 minutes per side, then move to the side and finish with indirect heat. Continue grilling the salmon until the flesh flakes. Serve with a little shot of the brown mustard for dipping.
