This recipe for grilled tilapia can be made from start to finish in ten minutes. And when it's served, it's so good that it's often "Gone In 60 Seconds"! The secret is in the awesome lemon butter sauce...

Tilapia is an inexpensive white fish that you can find just about anywhere these days. It's low in fat, high in protein, and just plain healthy eating. This recipe is simple yet flavorful, and can be thrown together, grilled and served in about 10 minutes...if you put a little hustle into it!

Ten Minute Tilapia

INGREDIENTS

Light gas grill, preheat to medium high. Place butter in saucepan (over medium heat) with the juice of 1 lemon. Melt and stir together.

Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper. Lay them on a platter, and give them a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice (the other lemon).

Grill the fillets over direct heat two minutes per side, or until the flesh flakes. Remove to a clean serving platter, pour the lemon butter sauce over the grilled tilapia fillets and serve immediately.
