Sauce Recipe

This sauce is not for the weak of heart. A lot of hot peppers in various forms give this one big flavor and just a touch (!) of heat. This recipe includes...

Saute' the onions, garlic and jalapenos until softened, then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for twenty minutes.

Use this sauce to baste the brisket and ribs as they are cooking. Serve alongside the barbecued meat for dipping, too.

If you like it spicy, this Texas BBQ sauce recipe is just what you're looking for. Make sure you've got plenty of cold drinks to serve when you're eating Texas style. Lemonade and ice tea are good to have, or for something stronger, a bottle of Lone Star or Shiner bock beer will hit the spot and keep things cooled down.
