Ribeyes are great grilled with just salt and pepper, but try this ribeye steak marinade sometime and you just might not ever go back to salt and pepper steaks again. This marinade recipe includes some salt and some pepper, but it also has a few other ingredients that add great taste and a rich, buttery flavor.
This recipe makes enough marinade for four 1 pound steaks.
Combine all ingredients except the melted butter. Mix well to dissolve the bouillon. Whisk in the melted butter, creating an emulsion.
Marinate the steaks for 2 to 4 hours before grilling. And if you want to make this a little more decadent, drop a pat of butter on top of each steak as it comes off the grill!
